Friends Fur Life

I am a staunch animal welfare advocate and the President of the Friends Fur Life Pet Sanctuary, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization raising money to build a new no-kill dog and cat shelter in Virginia.  I do a segment on Thunder 104.5 every Thursday morning at 8:40 AM EST featuring an adoptable pet from a different rescue group every week.  My organization is very involved in outreach, such as working with Virginia Voters for Animal Welfare to enact humane legislation, attending various events such as Puppy Mill Awareness Day and the signing ceremony for the Best Friends Animal Society’s Religious Proclamation for Animal Welfare.  If there is something going on in the world of animals, I’ll hear about it!
